The spacious rooms provide some very nice island and sea views, making a sunset from the window quite a treat. The food was reasonably priced with a bar menu catering to various tastes.

The bathroom experience left much to be desired. Outdated fixtures, broken tile joints, and a crumbly bin indicated a lack of maintenance. The breakfast options fell flat-limited variety and quality, coupled with a slow toaster that couldn’t keep up. My shower had an awkward handle placement, and I found myself in a bit of a situation when we ran out of toilet paper at an inopportune moment.

The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience.

However, I encountered noise from outside late at night, which disrupted an otherwise pleasant experience. The bathroom could benefit from some maintenance. the fixtures felt outdated. Overall, a memorable stay with excellent hospitality, but noise management and bathroom updates would enhance the experience.

The breathtaking views from the double room were enhanced by the friendly, accommodating staff who organized packed lunches for our group. While the location was spectacular, there was a musty smell throughout the building that could be fixed with fresh air. The fries served at breakfast were a delicious highlight, but the outdated fixtures in the bathroom detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience.

I had a fantastic two-night stay! The jacuzzi bath in my spacious room was a dream, and the food was genuinely good, especially the breakfast. Only downside was the dim lighting in the bar!

We had a fun stay with friends! The views from our room were stunning, and we enjoyed biking around the area. The restaurant offered great meals, and the staff were super friendly. Perfect base for exploring nearby attractions like the incredible Cliffs of Moher.

Just an ideal choice for a brief retreat in Achill Sound with very good value for money. The staff was friendly but the background music was a bit loud at times. If you enjoy a quieter atmosphere, consider dining during off-peak hours.
